We are pleased to announce that the first briefing sessions for HOSPACE 2013 have been scheduled for Friday 5th July 2013.
If you are interested in exhibiting or sponsoring HOSPACE 2013 we wish to invite you to a preliminary presentation and discussion, including a tour of the exhibition and conference area at the Sofitel Terminal 5. There will initially be two opportunities to tour the venue:
Friday 5th July 2013
Session 1 @ 11.00am
or
Session 2 @ 1.00pm
To confirm your attendance, simply click on the session you would like to attend to register your details or kindly email Wayne Gosden stating which session you would like to attend.
Both sessions will include a lunch and the following schedule:
- HOSPA updates with review and video of HOSPACE 2012
- This year’s conference & exhibition outline plan, including exhibits and layout plan
- Exhibitor packages
There will also be the opportunity to discuss the event with the HOSPACE Team.
If you are used to us by now and how HOSPACE works - and so do not need to attend - exhibitor forms will be released in due course. If however you have not worked with us before and need to understand more or are an experienced HOSPACE exhibitor who would like to know more - then we would be delighted to see you on the above date!
